Warranty

All our e-bikes come with an awesome 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display). We also offer a  2-year warranty on the bike frame.

Apart from manufacturing defects that could be present, parts that wear due to normal use (such as tires, brake pads, chains, etc.) are not included in the warranty but may be replaced on a case by case basis within the first 6 months. 

All outgoing bicycles are inspected before being delivered, but we recommend that you inspect your bicycle after receipt. Should you notice any damage, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the next steps with you.

If you notice any packaging and/or transport damage upon delivery, we ask you to have this confirmed in writing by the carrier upon delivery and to notify us immediately.  We recommend that you keep the damaged packaging as evidence wherever possible.

 

eBike Return Policy:

All returns must be initiated within 14 days.

A $150 return shipping fee applies, and it will be withheld from the total refund amount.

A 20% restocking fee will be withheld from the refund.

*When returning an eBike, the box must be sealed and unopened. All returns must be unused, and in the original packaging and condition in which they were received.

 

Changing the Size or Color of your NCM eBike Post Purchase:

Changing the color or size of your bike can only be done if your order has yet to be shipped. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel/refund your order and a new order can be placed with the correct color or size.

*Please note, it is not possible for us to change the color or size of a bike order without canceling/refunding your original order and having a new one placed.

*It is also not possible for us to change the color or size if the bike is in transit - refusing the package due to color or size will be treated as a return and fees will apply.

*For your security, please keep in mind that we do not save any payment information so credit card data will have to be provided for the new order.

 

Non-Returnable Items include, but are not limited to:

Batteries.

Used or visibly damaged equipment.

Special Orders

Opened, assembled, or otherwise used eBikes

 

To get your Return started:

  1. Please contact our support team to request a return and answer a few questions for us to make notes on your order. 
  2. We will assess your request and determine whether your product is eligible to be returned. If your order qualifies for a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA Number) will be provided along with instructions on how to properly proceed. 

  3. Once eligibility has been determined and your order has been returned, our team will inspect the order upon arrival and proceed to issue a refund excluding the restocking and return-shipping fee.
  4. Refunds will only be issued using the original payment method on file. Refunds are typically processed within 3 days from the returned order arrival date.

*If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our Customer Support team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.
